FSA, HSA, Dependent Care
The City offers pension through the Texas Municipal Retirement System. The City contributes 16% on the employee's behalf.
In addition to the pension, the City offers ICMA-RC. While participation is voluntary, the City will match 1%.

The City of Mont Belvieu offers an Employee Assistance program available through UTEAP for you and your family members. Through the EAP, you can access free, convenient, and confidential services with a licensed mental health professional. Short-term counseling can help with a wide range of issues, including grief, anxiety, work stress, or family issues.
Eagle pointe wellness program
The City provides all full-time and part-time City employees free membership (employee only) to Eagle Pointe Recreation Center with family membership and Golf memberships at a discounted rate. Please contact Human Resources to sign-up or update this benefit.
