The City of Mont Belvieu staff has started preparing for what the US National Weather Service Houston-Galveston Texas described as the coldest weather our area has seen in over a decade. Temperatures will continue to drop throughout the next several days with Sunday through Tuesday seeing wind chill temps falling into single digits within the Houston region. City leaders are urging all of our residents to take the time to prepare now and to remember the "4 P's": People, pets, pipes, and plants.
