A maximum of TWO (2) reservations per calendar year will apply to all resident and non-resident citizens. There are twelve (12) picnic style tables available for guest seating. Pavilion has lights available for after dark usage. Keys for the lights must be obtained from the city receptionist at City Hall, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Notice to Applicants: Reservation applications may be submitted up to ninety (90) days in advance; but a minimal seven (7) days advance notice is required. Failure to secure the requested reservation date at least seven (7) days in advance will result in a NON-REFUNDABLE $10.00 schedule re-posting fee. A $30.00 NON-REFUNDABLE fee is required for the use of the Community Pavilion area. Your reservation cannot be approved until this fee has been paid in full. Payment may be submitted at the home page under "MY BILL PAY" or at the City Hall Receptionist/Utility Billing window; Fee must be received within 24 hours of on-line booking. ONE RESERVATION PER DAY IS ALLOWED. Upon approval, the facility is yours from 5:00 AM to Midnight. NO BBQ PITS ALLOWED, EFFECTIVE 09-09-13, PER CITY ORDINANCE. NO INFLATABLES. NO PINATAS.
