Yes, you can surrender your pet to the shelter but only if you live within the Mont Belvieu city limits and if there is space in the shelter.
Yes. We accept strays that are found within the Mont Belvieu city limits.
Yes! We welcome anyone to come and find a fur-ever friend at out shelter. All we ask is that you meet and adhere to our adoption guidelines.
Our adoption fee is $10 for both dogs and cats. The adoption fee is payable at City Hall (11607 Eagle Dr.), Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. We accept adoption fees at the shelter only during our Saturday hours and it is $10 cash only and it must be exact change.
We do not take the animals to the vet unless they present urgent medial needs. Some animals may come with prior vaccinations or sterilization (neuter/spay) due to being owner surrendered or have received help from the rescue groups we work with.
